photoGOB Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with an item you have received please return it to us, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund. Please note we cannot cover return postage, unless an item is faulty, so you will need to pay for this yourself. 

You’ll need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible returns must be in as new condition, suitable for resale, unless being returned due to a fault or damage done before delivery / during transit.

Refund Process

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this. If more than 15 business days have passed and your refund has not been credited, please contact us at info@photogob.com.

Faulty Items

If your return is due to a fault, damage or the wrong item has been sent, first please accept our apologies. Contact us at the email below and we’ll send you a return shipping label. Sorry, we cannot accept postage costs for items sent back to us without first requesting this.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless faulty / damaged.
